How to Set Up Online Banking

Follow these steps to enroll and start using your online banking account.

Visit the Banking Login page.
Select Enroll in online banking.
Enter your Member ID and Social Security Number, review the terms, and continue.
Create your username, password, and security information to complete enrollment.

If you forgot your User ID, select Forgot User ID and enter the email address associated with your member account.

If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password and enter your User ID.

If you have not enrolled yet, tap Enroll now to complete setup. Once logged in, you can enable fingerprint or facial recognition under More.

You can usually find your account information on your checks. If you do not have checks, contact the credit union for assistance.

Your employer will typically provide a short form for direct deposit. Complete it, and your paycheck can be deposited directly into your account.

Cardholders may redeem points for travel, merchandise, merchant gift cards, or cash.
