Getting started is simple.
No separate card management app is needed. My Cards is available inside the Interstate Credit Union mobile app.
1. Open the mobile app
Log in to the Interstate Credit Union mobile app.
2. Tap Cards
Select the debit or credit card you want to manage.
3. Choose what you need
Turn your card on or off, view transactions, report a lost or stolen card, & more.

Traveling soon?
Add a travel plan before you leave.
- Open the Interstate Credit Union mobile app.
- Tap Cards.
- Choose your card.
- Tap Manage Card.
- Select Manage Travel Plans.
Add your destination and travel dates, then edit or delete the travel plan if needed.
Can’t find your card?
Turn your card off while you look for it.
- Open the Interstate Credit Union mobile app.
- Tap Cards.
- Choose your card.
- Use the card ON/OFF toggle.
When your card is OFF, purchases and withdrawals are not approved. If you find your card, you can turn it back ON.
Lost or stolen card?
Report it in My Cards and connect with support.
- Open the Interstate Credit Union mobile app.
- Tap Cards.
- Choose your card.
- Tap Manage Card.
- Select Report Lost or Stolen.
Reporting a lost or stolen card helps disable the card and connect you with support for next steps.
