What is an ITM?
An ITM, or Interactive Teller Machine, is similar to an ATM but includes the option
to connect with a live teller on screen for assistance with everyday banking transactions.
Are ITMs replacing branch staff?
No. ITMs are another convenient way for members to bank. They still provide access
to personal service through live teller assistance on screen.
Which branch currently has an ITM?
Our Douglas branch currently has an ITM. New ITMs are coming soon to more Interstate CU branches.
When will the new ITMs be available?
